We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join the People team, handling benefits management in Brazil and end-to-end international operations: payroll, compliance, vendors, and the employee journey across multiple countries. This role is for someone with seniority in HR or People Ops, Advanced English and has already navigated between operational routine and process building with autonomy. ...

What your daily routine will be like:

International Operation

• Manage the international employee journey end-to-end, ensuring a great experience, legal compliance, and operational excellence;
• Act as the main point of contact for the international operation with partners, accounting firms, and local vendors;
• Ensure execution and control of payroll, benefits, documentation, and People Ops routines in different countries;
• Support international expansion by keeping track of legislation, compliance, and structuring scalable processes;
• Identify improvement opportunities and strengthen governance, efficiency, and sustainability of the operation.

Brazil Benefits

• Manage the company's benefits operations (health, dental, insurance, meal and transport vouchers, daycare assistance, fleet, and other benefits), ensuring a good experience for employees and operational efficiency;
• Handle registration changes, financial checks, supplier relationships, and employee support;
• Conduct analyses, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the development of policies and cost optimization.

Who are you:

• Structured, organized profile, with attention to detail, good analytical ability, and decision-making skills;
• Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to navigate between operations and process building;
• Good communication and ability to relate to multiple stakeholders;

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in People Operations, HR, or Benefits;
• Experience managing corporate benefits;
• Experience or exposure to international operations will be an important plus;
• Knowledge of payroll and personnel administration routines;
• Advanced English for interacting with international suppliers and employees.
