We are expanding our presence in Colombia and looking for a passionate, proactive, and analytical individual to join our team as Operations Manager. If you're ready for a new challenge and want to help us grow in the international market, we’d love to meet you!  

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage the local team, including marketing, sales, trade marketing, and customer service professionals. 
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in Colombia, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals set by the international expansion team. 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing, and customer service, proposing and implementing process improvements. 
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and initiatives aligned with market needs. 
  • Support trade marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and increase sales opportunities. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the local team and the international headquarters in Brazil. 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational best practices.  

 

Who you are: 

  • A highly organized and analytical professional with a passion for problem-solving. 
  • An excellent communicator capable of aligning diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • A proactive leader who takes ownership and is results-driven. 
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (Portuguese is a plus).  
  • Based in Bogotá. 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Previous experience in operations, marketing or sales in consumer products. 
  • Exposure to international markets and team management. 
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to leverage data for decision-making. 
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or related industries—or a strong passion for the sector—will be a significant advantage.
