We are seeking a professional to build, optimize, and maintain the data infrastructure powering our growth and performance levers. This strategic role will consolidate data from key paid media platforms, CRM systems, and other channels, transforming dispersed information into actionable intelligence to accelerate business results.
What will your day-to-day be like:
• Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines bridging paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), CRM, website, and BI tools, ensuring efficient and integrated information flows across the company.
• Structure and manage databases that consolidate essential performance metrics supporting growth operations.
• Create automations and system integrations enabling real-time analysis and fast, data-driven decision making.
• Support media and growth teams in developing dashboards (Power BI, Looker, etc.), facilitating strategic monitoring of key growth and performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and growth analysts to develop predictive models and multichannel attribution analyses, driving greater campaign efficiency and advanced customer segmentation.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance, defining standards and implementing best practices for reliable data analysis.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within our data infrastructure and architecture, anticipating future needs and tracking industry trends.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines (ETL/ELT) between diverse systems.
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL and practical experience with Python for automations, analysis, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with database architecture and cloud data platforms.
- Experience with visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Data Studio, Metabase) and ability to create performance-focused dashboards.
Nice to have:
- Experience in DTC or e-commerce companies.
- Familiarity with API integrations for major media platforms.
- Interest in building growth analytics culture and data infrastructure from scratch.
