Senior HR Analyst


Responsibilities


  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for both strategic and operational positions.
  2. Conduct profile alignment meetings with hiring managers, understanding technical and behavioral requirements.
  3. Prioritize recruitment demands, ensuring deadlines are met, and act as the main point of contact for external recruiting agencies.
  4. Develop and monitor Recruitment & Selection KPIs, prepare reports, and propose continuous improvements in processes.
  5. Oversee and support the Onboarding process for new employees.
  6. Manage the performance evaluation cycle, supporting leadership during calibration sessions and goal-setting processes.
  7. Support managers in delivering feedback and in the creation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  8. Plan, execute, and monitor leadership training programs and developmental initiatives.
  9. Identify training needs, manage training schedules, and monitor T&D indicators.
  10. Plan, conduct, and monitor the Employee Climate Survey, including results analysis and support for action plans.
  11. Contribute to internal communication, fostering transparency, organizational culture, and employee engagement initiatives.


Requirements


  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Experience as HRBP or in Human Resources subsystems.
  3. Advanced English.
