Supply Chain Director
Strategically lead the company's entire supply chain, ensuring supply, operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and scalability to support the organization's national and international growth plans. Responsibilities include the integrated management of Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Materials Planning (S&OP), Logistics, Foreign Trade, Warehouse, Inventory, and Supplier Development.
Main Responsibilities
Strategy and Governance
Develop and implement the corporate Supply Chain strategy aligned with growth and industrial expansion objectives.
Structure processes, policies, indicators, and governance for the entire supply chain.
Ensure compliance with national and international legislation applicable to the defense sector.
Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Board in defining investments, business expansion, and mitigating supply chain risks.
Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing
Lead strategic national and international negotiations.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aimed at cost reduction, risk mitigation, and increased competitiveness.
Establish long-term contracts with critical suppliers.
Develop Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
Ensure compliance of procurement processes with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Materials Planning and Management
Lead S&OP processes, demand planning, and materials planning.
Ensure adequate inventory levels, minimizing working capital without compromising production capacity.
Implement Sales & Operations Planning processes to support scalable growth.
Logistics and Distribution
Manage national and international logistics operations.
Structure warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.
Ensure compliance with export, import, and handling requirements for sensitive materials.
Develop logistics performance indicators and service levels.
Supplier Management
Develop and qualify national and international suppliers.
Implement evaluation and development programs for strategic suppliers.
Ensure operational continuity through diversification and risk mitigation in the supply chain.
Leadership and Organizational Development
Lead multidisciplinary Supply Chain teams.
Structure an organizational model compatible with the company's growth.
Develop successors and strengthen a high-performance culture.
Academic Background
Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
MBA or Postgraduate degree in:

Professional Experience
Mandatory
Minimum of 15 years of experience as Manager in Supply Chain.
Solid experience in senior or executive leadership positions.
Experience in highly complex industrial environments.
Proven track record of structuring and transforming Supply Chain areas.
Experience in national and international strategic negotiations.
Experience in import, export, and foreign trade management.
Experience in industrial expansion processes, increased production capacity, or accelerated growth.
