Required Qualifications & Experience

Preferably an Agronomist with a strong sales background.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience (not necessarily in irrigation).

Established customer portfolio within Nebraska’s agricultural sector.

Proven experience in direct sales and field visits (actively meeting farmers to sell products).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the state.


Technical & Behavioral Skills

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities


Collaboration with Other Areas

Will work closely with the technical and support teams at iCrop.

Direct interaction with clients and potential partners.
