Job Purpose

Be responsible for the strategy and operation of ExitLag's physical product line (clothing and peripherals), transforming the gamer lifestyle into desirable items. The PM will work throughout the entire cycle, from creation to production, importation, and logistics, acting as the link between creation, marketing, production, and operations. They will also manage suppliers, contracts, and payments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency to expand the portfolio, strengthen the brand, and deliver unique experiences to customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the physical products department, including clothing and peripherals.
2. Plan, execute, and monitor the product roadmap, from concept to launch, being responsible for the entire process (from the design of the items and negotiations with suppliers to campaigns with the Marketing team and after-sales follow-ups).
3. Be responsible for the backlog and aligning priorities with the Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Systems teams.
4. Work with suppliers and production to ensure quality, cost, and deadlines, conducting import, production, logistics, and distribution processes.
5. Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and OKRs for the area (ROAS, TKM, OTIF, session rate, revenue, margin).
6. Define commercial and financial strategies, including costs and budget for the area.
7. Work with the marketing team on campaigns and commercial actions focused on physical products, as well as positioning and pricing.
8. Maintain relationships with national and international suppliers and strategic partners (payments, logistics, suppliers).
9. Create agile processes supported by tools and automation (e.g., BPM, AI, integrated spreadsheets).
10. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ExitLag Store in line with business objectives and market trends (fashion and gamer culture).

Required Qualifications

1. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Fluent English (international negotiations).
3. Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or physical product management.
4. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and foreign trade operations.
5. Experience with ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
6. Experience in budget, cost, and margin management.
7. Skill in data analysis and performance reporting.
