Role Purpose
Drive the brand’s global presence by executing and optimizing social media strategies across key international regions, with a primary focus on North America, Taiwan, Russia, and MENA. This role is responsible for operating, organizing, and amplifying content for global social channels (in English), ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment with each region’s priorities. The position also plays a key role in content localization, transforming regional strategic direction into actionable briefs, calendars, and social deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize social media strategies for global channels (in English), including Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, structure, and maintain editorial calendars aligned with global positioning and regional expansion goals.
- Create content briefings (static and video) and manage deliverables with internal creative teams and freelancers.
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and benchmarks relevant to international markets, with a focus on NA, Taiwan, Russia, and MENA.
- Manage global community engagement, ensuring consistent interactions aligned with the brand’s tone, persona, and codes.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics, produce ongoing reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Support the development and refinement of global content strategies, considering cultural nuances, user journeys, and regional interests.
Localization & Regional Collaboration
- Participate in the content localization strategy, ensuring that strategic direction defined by each region’s Marketing Manager is translated into clear tactical plans and relevant market-specific executions.
- Act as a key point of contact for regional Marketing Managers (North America, Taiwan, Russia, MENA), gathering strategic inputs, consolidating references, and transforming these into clear briefs and actionable social plans for the creative team.
- Ensure global campaigns are properly contextualized for each region, bringing cultural nuance, platform behavior, and local trends into execution.
Cross-functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Product, Branding, Partnerships, and Communications teams to ensure coherent and aligned global messaging.
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory) – reading, writing, and daily communication.
- Previous experience managing social media channels at a mid-level capacity, preferably in international contexts.
- Strong command of major digital platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) and their key metrics.
- Experience with content planning, editorial calendars, workflow management, and community interaction.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and convert performance metrics into practical insights.
- Strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Nice to have: experience in the gaming, tech, or digital entertainment ecosystem.
